St. Thomas Handbooks and Forms
Registration for the 2024-25 school year will be held on Tuesday, July 23th from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. AND Wednesday, July 24th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Parish Center meeting room.
If you still need to enroll your child, stop by the school office.

These forms are fillable PDFs and have been updated for the 2024-25 school year. You can type in your information and then print and save the form, or you can download and print the form and then fill it out by hand. Adobe Reader, or a similar program, is required.
